Join us in celebrating and exploring the rich cultural cuisines of Latin America, featuring the vibrant flavors of Chile and Peru. In this class we will be learning about the culture and heritage of Chile while learning to make Pastel de Choclo, a corn and meat pie that is comparable to shepherd's pie.
