Hispanic Heritage Month- Seco de Pollo
Join us in celebrating and exploring the rich cultural cuisines of Latin America, featuring the vibrant flavors of Chile and Peru. In this class we will be learning about the culture and heritage of Peru while learning to make Seco de Pollo, a stewed chicken with peas, carrots, and potatoes, cooked together in a delicious cilantro sauce.
