Old Fashioned Annuals

Gardens are trending toward more natural, less structured plantings with insects and pollinators in mind. These looser plantings reflect the long history of the cottage gardens of yore. Many old-fashioned annuals are perfect for these informal spaces and are extremely easy to grow. We will provide seeds for several varieties to plant at home. Cost: $15.00

Notes - ~ MUST register in advance for ALL CLASSES, including the “Free” ones. ~ Sign up early for classes to avoid being turned away because the class is full. All classes have limited seating. ~ For classes with a fee, the fee MUST be paid at the time of registration or within 14 days to hold your seat. If the class fee is not paid within 14 days, your registration for the class will be cancelled. ~ If you need to cancel your registration for a class with a fee, you must do so 14 days prior to the class to receive a refund. Please email or call the Fayette County Extension Office to cancel. ~ Seeds distributed as part of the Old Fashioned Annuals class must be picked up at the Fayette County Extension Office by 3:00pm on February 17th. Any seeds not picked up by 3:00pm on February 17th will be donated. (Seeds will be distributed at the end of the class.) ~ To mail in your payment, please make check or money order payable to Fayette County Horticulture Program.
