Code RED: A Universal Safety Plan
Taking care of our mental health is more important than ever. Sometimes, it can seem overwhelming to know where to start. Code RED is an evidence-based universal safety plan that is a useful tool for everyone, as we all have difficult days. In this program, you will develop a mental health safety plan for those bad days, with an emphasis on coping strategies and social support on a hard day or during a difficult time. Code RED is a roadmap of effective strategies you and your loved ones can use to cope with emotions when struggling or having a mental health crisis. This class is FREE.
